Job Description
Job Responsibilities Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of employees. Process and maintain employee records, employment contracts, and HR documentation. Handle Work Permit, S Pass, Employment Pass, and other employment-related applications and renewals. Monitor employee attendance, leave, medical records, and payroll information. Ensure compliance with the Employment Act, Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations, and all applicable Singapore employment laws. Coordinate training, medical examinations, mandatory certifications, and statutory requirements for employees. Liaise with government agencies, clients, and service providers on HR-related matters. Assist in payroll preparation, statutory submissions, and administration of employee benefits. Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially. Prepare HR reports and perform other administrative duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum 1 years of work experience, preferably in the construction industry. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and meet deadlines. Committed to maintaining confidentiality and ensuring all HR practices comply with Singapore laws and company policies. Working Hours Monday to Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM. Must be willing to work overtime and weekends when required by operational and business needs.
