Key Responsibilities Ensure the safety and well-being of clients under your care, both within the Day Activity Centre (DAC) and during community outings. Implement, monitor, and evaluate individual Care Plan Goals for each client. Support clients in developing and enhancing their daily living, community living, social, and interpersonal skills. Foster client independence and help them achieve a higher level of emotional maturity. Build strong partnerships with caregivers to better understand and support clients’ needs and development. Maintain detailed records and clear communication on client progress. Requirements Relevant experience working with Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), especially individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, or epilepsy. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Friendly, sociable, and able to connect well with clients and team members. Proactive, resourceful, and highly organized. Adaptable, willing to learn, and capable of working independently and in a team.
