Senior Workplace Project Manager This Senior Workplace Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale workplace projects in the Midwest, and Canada (“Rest of AMER,” non U. S. West Coast) and EMEA regions.

This role ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with the company’s strategic goals. It reports to the Director, Real Estate Strategy, Occupancy and Delivery and will work with cross-functional teams and external vendors to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale workplace projects in the assigned regions, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, design standards and compliance considerations. Manage multiple concurrent projects across a geographically diverse real estate portfolio.

Conduct regular site visits and reviews to ensure construction aligns with approved plans. Track project budgets and take proactive measures to resolve delays. Facilitate regular communication and updates to senior leadership, addressing project progress, risks and opportunities.
