Job Summary Seeking a technically skilled automotive engine specialist to disassemble, assemble, and perform full engine overhauls while refurbishing mechanical parts and developing training programs for colleagues. Responsibilities Demonstrate expert knowledge of automotive engine operations to diagnose and repair engine issues effectively Disassemble and reassemble various types of automotive engines to restore full functionality Perform complete engine overhauls to ensure optimal engine performance and reliability Refurbish mechanical parts by applying advanced motor technical skills to extend component lifespan Communicate technical intentions clearly to colleagues and stakeholders to facilitate teamwork and knowledge sharing Take initiative to research and learn about new automotive products and technologies to enhance service quality Develop and deliver training programs to upskill colleagues on engine maintenance and repair techniques
