Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Processing Customer Service Executive to support daily customer orders, sales coordination, and logistics follow-ups. The role acts as a key link between customers, sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. Responsibilities Accurately receive, verify, and process customer purchase orders to ensure timely fulfillment Enter sales orders and customer requests into internal systems such as SAP, ERP, CRM, or WMS to maintain updated records Respond promptly to customer enquiries regarding product availability, pricing, order status, and delivery updates to enhance customer satisfaction Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, freight forwarders, and transport providers to ensure on-time delivery of orders Prepare and review invoices, delivery orders, shipping documents, and related order documentation to support accurate billing and shipment Follow up on pending orders, order amendments, claims, and customer issues to resolve discrepancies and maintain service quality Maintain accurate customer records, order details, and service history for effective tracking and reporting Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction Assist in resolving service issues, delivery delays, and customer complaints professionally to uphold company reputation Required competencies and certifications Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline Experience of 1–3 years in order processing, customer service, sales support, logistics coordination, or administrative operations Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order entry, billing, and documentation Effective communication skills to liaise with customers and internal teams Ability to organize and manage multiple orders and deadlines independently i
