Job Responsibilities: To assist the Sales Team in the preparation and submission of pre and post sales documentation To assist the Project Teams in the preparation and submission of pre and post project documentation (eg. OMM, handover list) and drawings (eg. shop drawings, as-built drawings) To assist in the end-to-end procurement process for project orders, including sourcing vendors, requesting quotations, and issuing Purchase Orders To organize and track project logistics To undertake ad-hoc assignments and related duties as and when required Job Requirements: Must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma. Minimum 3 years’ experience in project administration preferred.Able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment. Software knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must. Software knowledge of CAD will be an added advantage (eg. AutoCAD / BricsCAD / SketchUp). Knowledge of Audio Visual / Electrical / Mechanical / IT projects is preferred. Team player and can work independently. Drive to exceed expectations and to deliver excellence. On-the-job training will be provided. Non-experienced / Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
