Job Description
Responsibilities: Coordinating of shipments, ensure customer requirements are met & documentation is accurate. Completing task by monitoring, managing costs, timelines and service quality. Ensure accuracy of eg. HB/L, MBL, manifest, pre-alerts), customs declaration, Trade-net operations. Perform system data entries, coordinating and resolve shipment issues Coordinate with customers/shipping lines/transport partners/overseas offices for pickup/delivery. Ensure customers' orders and documentation is accurate and related charges are billed. Follow up with warehouse/oversea offices on any short landed, damaged or discrepancy cargo Attend customer's inquiries and handling customer's complaints.
