Role Overview Get Out! Events is looking for an Event Executive to support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and government events. This role is ideal for someone who has some events experience and wants to build deeper hands-on exposure across event planning, coordination, and execution. You will work closely with our Event Managers and project team, with the opportunity to grow into larger event responsibilities over time. Key Responsibilities Event Planning Support Assist Event Managers with event planning, timelines, run sheets, vendor coordination, and logistical preparation. Help prepare event documents such as programme flows, packing lists, manpower plans, briefing notes, and setup requirements. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, venues, crew, and internal team members to ensure event requirements are clear and followed up. Support sourcing, quotation requests, simple proposal inputs, and operational planning where required. Event Operations Support on-site event setup, execution, and teardown. Assist with registration, guest flow, activity management, stage coordination, vendor coordination, and general event operations. Ensure event equipment, materials, signage, and supplies are properly prepared, packed, transported, and accounted for. Help troubleshoot on-ground issues calmly and escalate matters to the Event Manager when needed. Client and Team Coordination Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, partners, and internal team members. Attend internal briefings, client meetings, site recces, and event debriefs when required. Take clear notes, follow up on assigned tasks, and keep the Event Manager updated on progress. Learn to manage client expectations and support smooth communication across all parties. Requirements Some experience in events, hospitality, production, customer service, operations, or a related field. Comfortable working on-site at events, including weekends or irregular hours when required. Organised, resp
