Community Engagement Executive (Alumni Relations) Location: Central (Town) Working Days/Hours: 5 days/Office hours, 8.30am - 6pm Salary: Up till $4,500 (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications) Responsibilities: Manage alumni communications: Respond to alumni queries with care, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset across multiple channels. Data and database management: Maintain the alumni database to strengthen outreach and engagement efforts. Develop strong alumni network and lead in planning and executing local and overseas engagement activities. Digital and social media engagement: Support online engagement by managing alumni updates on social media and the corporate website. Spotlight achievements: Feature alumni success stories to celebrate accomplishments and inspire the wider community. Track impact and report: Monitor engagement outcomes, prepare insightful reports, and benchmark against best practices. Enhance alumni initiatives: Continuously improve alumni programmes based on feedback, surveys, focus groups, and innovative ideas. Collaborate for opportunities: Connect alumni and their organisations with the Career Services Team to open doors for students and graduates. Manage the budget resources for all alumni activities. Support lifelong learning: Collaborate with internal teams to promote professional progression and learning opportunities for alumni. Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time. Requirement: Degree in any fields 2 years of experience in community engagement, events, alumni relations, or related roles. Comfortable managing multiple projects, events, and stakeholders simultaneously. Digital savvy, with experience in social media and CRM/database management. A collaborative team player with the flexibility to support occasional evening or weekend events. Willing to travel independently overseas to support alumni events when required.
