Social Media & Community Associate Location: Commonwealth Working Days/Hours: 5 days (inclusive of 1 weekend), 2pm-10pm/12pm-10pm/11am-7pm Salary: $2,500 (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications) RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Social Media Management Plan and execute a content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Create engaging "boots-on-the-ground" content (short-form videos, photos) featuring our retail products. Monitor trends to keep our brand relevant in the local market. 2. WhatsApp Community & Engagement Manage and grow our exclusive WhatsApp broadcast groups/communities. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing product recommendations and stock updates. Drive sales by sharing "exclusive drops" or "flash deals" directly to our community members. 3. Retail & Customer Support Assist with retail operations during peak periods or special events. Gather feedback from in-store customers to inform future social media content. Ensure a seamless "O2O" (Online-to-Offline) experience for customers.
