Position: Senior Social Media & Content Manager Location: South-East Asia (ideally Malaysia) Employment type: full-time Remuneration: competetive salary depending experience. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels Create, write, and publish engaging content tailored to Forex, CFD, and financial services audiences Develop content pillars, editorial calendars, and campaign plans aligned with business objectives Manage day-to-day social media activity to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation Produce compelling copy for marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives Ensure all content complies with financial services marketing regulations and Meta advertising policies Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital communication channels Support reputation management through review platforms and online brand monitoring Work closely with designers, marketing teams, and external agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns Support promotional campaigns, trading competitions, bonus offers, and client acquisition initiatives Coordinate multilingual content projects where required Manage multiple content projects while meeting deadlines and business priorities Monitor and analyse content and social media performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and platform insights Identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach, and conversion through data-driven recommendations Prepare performance reports and optimise content strategies based on key metrics.
