Well-established for close to 30 years, they are actively looking for Occupational Therapists to join their expanding team to make an impact to the community together. Multiple locations around West, North-East & East available! Job Responsibilities: Assess and evaluate the client's physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and occupational needs to design appropriate intervention plans Conduct caregiver training and education Prescribe appropriate aids or assistive devices Conduct home assessment and modification as necessary Participate in quality improvement, research and collaborative projects Conduct training for therapists, support staff and other healthcare professionals Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and service standards Requirements: AHPC Registration At least 1 - 2 years of Occupational Therapist work experience Passion to work in Day Rehabilitation Centre / Nursing Home settings Interested candidates may whatsapp your resume to 8977 7062 .
