The Employer The Employer is a large business house with interests in fashion, food and footwear retail in several countries in South East Asia. It is interested in bringing on board an experienced assistant/personal assistant to support its directors. Key Responsibilities The role combines executive administration, project coordination, stakeholder management, and personal support responsibilities. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner, ensuring seamless operations, effective prioritization of key initiatives, and efficient management of both business and personal commitments. * Manage complex calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. * Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and correspondence. * Screen communications and manage information flow on behalf of the Family Office * Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings. * Track action items, deadlines, and key deliverables across multiple workstreams. * Follow up with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution. * Maintain effective systems for monitoring commitments and escalating issues when required. * Support the implementation of strategic and operational initiatives. * Serve as a key liaison between the Family Office and senior stakeholders. * Draft, review, and coordinate reports, presentations, and business communications. * Support investor relations activities, board meeting preparation, and corporate communications. * Handle confidential information with the highest degree of professionalism and discretion. * Coordinate invoice processing and vendor payments with the Finance team. * Review billing documentation and resolve discrepancies where necessary. * Manage company credit card expense submissions and related administrative processes. * Coordinate medical appointments and wellness-related services * Arrange personal logistics, meal deliveries, household orders, and other administrative requirements. * Suppor
