Job Description
The Job: Source, negotiate and procure materials from local and overseas suppliers. Drive cost savings through effective sourcing strategies and supplier negotiations. Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including purchase orders, delivery follow-up and shipment coordination. Develop procurement strategies to meet delivery timelines and business requirements. Provide guidance on procurement terms, conditions and supplier management. Support tender activities, including cost control and procurement compliance. Continuously improve procurement processes, compliance and operational efficiency. The Person: Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of relevant procurement or purchasing experience. Good knowledge of procurement processes, policies and systems. Strong negotiation, communication and supplier management skills. Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
