Position Summary mtu Asia, a division of Rolls-Royce Power Systems, is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Manager Procurement – Indirect APAC to lead and develop a high-performing regional procurement function across APAC. Rolls-Royce Power Systems delivers mission-critical solutions across power generation, marine, energy, and industrial applications, including diesel and gas engines, hybrid systems, and distributed energy systems. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing regional procurement strategies across a broad portfolio of indirect spend categories supporting manufacturing operations, engineering, service operations, logistics, facilities, IT, and corporate functions. The successful candidate will drive cost optimization, supplier performance, operational efficiency, procurement governance, and sustainable procurement practices within a highly matrixed and international environment. The role operates at both strategic and operational levels, partnering closely with regional business leaders, global procurement teams, finance, operations, legal, and functional stakeholders to deliver long-term procurement value and business continuity across APAC.
