Job Description
Assist the Mobility Aftermarket Export team by providing operational support for day-to-day tasks related to international shipments. Daily tracking of customer orders within the SAP system, helping to ensure accuracy, timely processing, and effective communication. Contribute to the Battery Customer Supply Chain Services Team's daily operational tasks, including assistance with order management, quality assurance processes, claim management, warranty procedures, and scrapping activities. Help prepare all relevant delivery and export documentation for international shipments, ensuring compliance with trade regulations. Support the monitoring and follow-up on export control topics to ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements. Provide operational assistance across various logistics chain activities, including customer invoicing, order fulfillment, claim resolution, and other export-related topics. Assist both Mobility Aftermarket Export and Battery Customer Supply Chain Services teams in understanding product processes and procedures, and support internal and external communications and coordination. Support the development of Power BI reports, contributing to our digital transformation initiatives. Currently enrolled as a 3rd or 4th-year Bachelor student, preferably in International Trade and Logistics, Foreign Trade Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Problem-solving skills; demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within both on-site and virtual team environments. Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Turkish & English, Self-motivated with a proactive, solution-oriented, and target-driven approach. Eagerness to learn about the automotive aftermarket industry, international export procedures, and global supply chain dynamics. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, Outlook) and SAP.</
