• Full-Time About the Role ArcherPoint is hiring an ERP Project Manager to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations for mid-market clients.

In this role, you’ll own the full project lifecycle—from kickoff through go-live—working closely with client stakeholders, internal solution architects, and functional consultants to deliver on time, on scope, and on budget.

What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end ERP project delivery using agile frameworks and sprint-based methodologies, from project initiation through go-live and hypercare. Build and maintain project plans, sprint plans, risk registers, and lessons-learned documentation throughout the engagement.

Facilitate client workshops, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and executive steering committee meetings with clarity and confidence. Manage scope, change requests, and contract adherence—escalating risks early and proposing practical mitigation strategies.

Collaborate with the Resource Manager and practice leads to ensure the right expertise is assigned at the right time. Serve as a servant leader to your project team—fostering psychological safety, coaching team members, and maintaining morale through the peaks and valleys of a long-haul implementation.
