Job Description
Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve annual sales revenue, profitability, and business growth targets. Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with ship owners, ship managers, offshore operators, ports, EPC contractors, and maritime service providers. Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular engagement, account reviews, and value-added solutions. Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations leading to successful contract awards. Collaborate closely with technical, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and emerging opportunities within the maritime and offshore sectors. Represent the company at maritime exhibitions, conferences, networking events, and industry associations to expand market presence. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, pipeline management, and monthly management reports. Negotiate commercial terms, pricing strategies, and long-term service agreements while maintaining company profitability. Mentor junior sales executives where applicable and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and customer engagement strategies. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years in the maritime,offshore, marine equipment, ship management, or marine services industry. Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and developing new business across regional or international markets. Strong commercial negotiation, relationship management, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
