Job Description: At Ironside Insurance Group , we separate sales and service. One group handles all new business quoting allowing the other (where this role will be aligned) to handle only the servicing responsibilities for our existing commercial insurance policyholders. Rather than being in a role where you are responsible for handling everything that comes into the agency "from soup to nuts", the responsibilities of this role include, but will not be limited to: renewals, remarketing, change requests, audit requests, claim requests as well as phone and e-mail correspondence to address customer questions & concerns. You will partner with our Producers to support Ironside Insurance Group ’s goal of providing our clients with appropriate levels of protection through an array of affordable commercial insurance products. This role is a fully remote, work from home position, however we are only considering candidates living in the following states: Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, North Carolina or Florida.
