Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the noodle stall to ensure smooth service Prepare and cook noodle dishes in accordance with standard recipes Ensure food quality, consistency and presentation standards are maintained Supervise and guide kitchen and service staff Monitor stock levels and coordinate ordering of ingredients and supplies Handle customer feedback and ensure a positive dining experience Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the stall and kitchen area Assist in menu improvement and operational efficiency Requirements Relevant experience in food and beverage or hawker stall operations Basic cooking skills (preferably in noodle or Asian cuisine) Responsible and able to handle daily stall operations independently Good communication and interpersonal skills Customer-oriented and service-driven Able to work in a fast-paced environment Willing to work weekends, public holidays and shift hours Able to work 6 days per week Additional Information Salary commensurate with experience Hands-on operational role in a fast-paced airport environment Opportunity to grow with the business
