Job Description
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Identify and develop new business opportunities with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, supermarkets, convenience stores, and other corporate customers. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets. Promote and sell the company's FMCG product portfolio to existing and prospective customers. Conduct regular customer visits to understand market needs and recommend suitable product offerings. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and promotional plans. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners. Manage customer accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and long-term business partnerships. Negotiate pricing, trade promotions, commercial terms, and sales agreements. Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and customer orders while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment, delivery, and customer support. Resolve customer issues promptly and provide excellent after-sales service. Market Expansion Collaborate with management to identify new sales channels and business expansion opportunities. Develop new distribution networks and strengthen existing retail partnerships. Represent the company at trade exhibitions, networking events, and industry activities to promote the company's products and brand. Reporting & Performance Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates for management. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account performance. Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs while contributing to the company's overall growth and profitability.
