Job Description
Work Location: Central Monthly Salary: up to $3600 per month Job Scope: Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Handle onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and staff administration. Monitor attendance, leave, timesheets, and payroll-related data. Support recruitment coordination and interview scheduling. Track project manpower, work permits, certifications, and training. Prepare HR and manpower reports for project management. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Manage work pass applications, renewals, and compliance documentation for employees. Assist employees with HR-related queries and administrative support. Requirements: Diploma / Degree Knowledge of work pass application processes and employment regulations will be an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong organizational, administrative, and documentation skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
