Location: Sungei Kadut Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Salary: Up to $4,200 Basic + Transport Allowance (up to $1,200) + Mobile Allowance ($120) + Quarterly Commission Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join a leading multinational manufacturer and supplier of construction solutions . This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth across the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities. Promote the company's range of products and solutions to contractors, distributors, architects, consultants, and other industry stakeholders. Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to understand customer requirements and provide suitable recommendations. Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on sales enquiries to achieve conversion targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify potential business opportunities. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer support. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities. Requirements Minimum 1 year of B2B or B2C sales experience. Candidates from any industry are welcome to apply. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Own a transport is advantageous.
