Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the beauty and massage shop to maintain smooth workflow and service delivery Supervise staff by assigning tasks and arranging work schedules to optimize team performance Deliver and uphold excellent customer service standards to enhance client satisfaction Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and feedback to resolve issues and improve service Monitor sales performance and assist in executing marketing activities to drive business growth Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in the beauty, spa, or massage industry to understand service standards and customer expectations Strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers and staff Ability to manage staff and shop operations independently with responsibility and accountability
