Job Description
As a Site Operations Leader within the OneMHS Installation & Deployment (I&D) team, you will serve as the central engineering coordinator for large-scale material handling equipment (MHE) installation - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other STEM field - 5+ years of construction or project management, or 5+ years of relevant discipline work experience - 3+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience - 3+ years of in material handling equipment (MHE) or automation environments experience - Experience with AutoCAD and/or Building Information Modeling (BIM), as well as scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project, or similar) - Experience in construction or project management, or experience leading technical teams through daily operations and maintenance evolutions - Experience leading large, fast-moving projects - Experience in budgeting, scheduling and technical workflows - Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Ability to travel up to 75% domestically
