Executive, Membership & Dharma Education Practice Service Job Description Assist in Dharma education and membership/volunteer services Attend to members' and volunteers' feedback Plan and organise members' and supporting classes related events and activities Assist for the establishment and implementation of new Membership database system Assist in upkeep both Dharma Education and Membership database Assist to develop and review Department's workflow and Standard Operations Procedure Assist in maintaining media platforms and attending to visitors Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigns by Superior Job Requirements Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications or related discipline Minimum 2 years of experience in membership services or customer service Strong analytical, meticulous, communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently, demonstrating strong initiative and requiring minimal supervision Able to work on Saturdays or Sundays and Public Holidays Immediate availability is preferred Only shortlisted candidates will be notified
