Job Description
Responsibilities: Provide warm and attentive service to guests Take food and beverage orders accurately Serve food and drinks in a timely manner Clear and reset tables Maintain cleanliness of the dining and service areas Assist with cashiering and POS system when required Handle guest requests and feedback professionally Support daily restaurant operations and opening / closing duties Requirements Prior F&B or customer service experience preferred, but not required Training will be provided Pleasant personality with good communication skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment Responsible, punctual, and a good team player Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
