Leading Regional Real Estate Developer Changi | up to S$4,000 Candidates with Developer Background will be preferred Collaborative Culture with Strong Focus on Sustainability and Innovation Our client is a well-established regional real estate developer with a strong track record in delivering high-quality commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, and sustainable development projects across Asia. RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, handling enquiries related to building services, access management, parking arrangements, and workplace facilities. Deliver a high standard of tenant and visitor experience by providing timely support and coordinating solutions to operational issues. Manage tenant access administration, visitor coordination, parking requests, and building communications. Collaborate with facilities, security, housekeeping, and other service providers to ensure smooth daily building operations. Support the planning and execution of tenant engagement activities, wellness initiatives, sustainability programmes, and community-building events. Coordinate and oversee workplace amenities and services, including meeting facilities, tenant platforms, pantry facilities, shuttle services, and other occupant services. Participate in regular operational meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance building performance and tenant satisfaction. Assist the Property / Facilities Manager with operational coordination, tenant relations, reporting, and administrative matters. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, property management, workplace experience, facilities management, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Ability to build positive relationships with tenants, stakeholders, and service providers. Well-organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. Self
