As part of the Patient Experience Billing Pod, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients with questions related to billing, insurance, appointments, and general account support. Your role is to provide compassionate, accurate, and timely assistance while helping patients understand their options and next steps. You will work closely with other customer experience agents, billing specialists, and internal teams to ensure patients receive a seamless experience and feel supported throughout their care journey at Allara.
