Job Description
As an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Lead, you will own and evolve O-I ’s global OpenText platform, ensuring its performance, scalability, and reliability across regions. You will lead a small, distributed team while partnering with business and IT stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade content management solutions. You will directly influence how information is structured, accessed, and governed across the organization. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Lead and enhance the global ECM platform with a focus on OpenText technologies Act as escalation point for complex technical issues Design and implement scalable ECM solutions Ensure platform availability, performance and security Lead incident management and root cause analysis Lead and develop a team of 3 offshore ECM specialists Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements Lead ECM projects including upgrades, integrations and migrations Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards Drive continuous improvement of support and delivery processes Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent professional experience. 7+ years of IT experience, including Enterprise Content Management platforms. 4+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText technologies (e.g., Content Server, Extended ECM, Archive Center, integrations). Experience leading or coordinating distributed / offshore teams Experience supporting enterprise- scale platforms in a global environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English Ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across regions and functions Experience with ECM integrations (e.g., SAP, APIs, other enterprise systems) Knowledge of data governance and records management practices Reports to : Global Collaboration Services Manager.
