Overview The Senior Director of Enterprise Systems & Infrastructure provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the organization’s core technology environment that supports internal business operations and enterprise technology services. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, security, and resiliency of the company’s infrastructure, network services, database platforms, disaster recovery capabilities, and corporate business applications. Reporting to the VP of Technology Operations, this leader drives the maturity and performance of the enterprise technology foundation while aligning infrastructure and enterprise systems strategy with the company’s broader business objectives. The role leads a team of 16 system engineers and database administrators and is responsible for establishing standards, governance, and operational excellence across the technology environment. This position requires close collaboration with key technology leaders across the Enterprise Technology Services organization to ensure seamless service delivery, operational stability, and alignment between infrastructure, enterprise systems, and support functions.
