About The Role From where to live to where to learn, Niche helps millions of students and families make some of life’s biggest decisions. Social is one of the most direct ways we build trust, show up in culture, and stay relevant to those audiences. This role is responsible for doing so exceptionally well. As our Senior Social Media Manager, you'll lead organic social strategy across our B2C channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more) and B2B presence on LinkedIn, with an eye on wherever attention is shifting next. You'll work in close partnership with our Head of Content to set direction, and you'll have the creative and strategic latitude to build something worth following. What You Will Do Strategy & Ownership : Own Niche 's organic social strategy across B2C and B2B channels, developing and implementing platform-specific approaches that grow our brand and move our business forward Partner with the Head of Content to align social with broader content, brand, and business goals to ensure social is integrated into campaigns, product launches, partner building strategies, and key company moments Define and lead our ambassador, influencer, and community strategies: identifying the right partners, managing contracts, budgets, and briefs, and building ongoing connections with key audiences across platforms Monitor emergin
