Work From Anywhere in LATAM / PH Work Schedule: PST | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday–Friday) Compensation Range: $1,250 - $1,750 USD/month based on experience A fast-growing creative agency specializing in multimedia content, motion graphics, and video-first storytelling is looking for a Senior Video Editor to own the end-to-end video production and post-production process across marketing campaigns and brand initiatives. The agency produces high-quality content across multiple industries and channels, delivering for digital platforms and social media at speed. The environment is fast-paced and agency-style, rewarding creatives who can run several workflows at once without sacrificing polish or consistency. Day-to-day, the role centers on editing, 2D motion graphics, color correction, and sound design — shaping narrative, pacing, and emotional impact while building animated titles, overlays, and branded motion systems. Success means consistent, high-impact multimedia outputs delivered on deadline, stronger creative-to-marketing collaboration, and measurable lifts in audience engagement and campaign performance. Requirements Must-Have 5+ years of professional video editing and post-production experience Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects for editing and 2D motion graphics Portfolio demonstrating video storytelling, motion graphics, professional color correction/grading, and audio cleanup/sound design Hands-on experience with the broader Adobe Creative Suite for supporting graphic and multimedia assets Experience delivering video optimized for multiple platforms and formats (digital, social, brand) Experience working in agency, studio, or multi-brand production environments C1+ English (CEFR) for client-facing collaboration and creative reviews Nice-to-Have 3D motion graphics or animation experience (Blender or Cinema 4D) Graphic design proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop Familiarity with Figma for design collaboration Clien
