Role Overview: The Partner Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, managing relationships with channel partners, and enabling partners to effectively sell and deliver solutions. This role bridges the gap between the organization's sales strategy and partner execution.Key job responsibilitiesPartner Relationship Management – Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key channel/technology partners to drive mutual business growth.Revenue Generation – Own and achieve partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets through joint go-to-market strategies.Partner Enablement – Equip partners with the tools, training, and resources needed to position and sell solutions effectively.Business Planning – Develop and execute joint business plans with strategic partners, including pipeline development, co-selling motions, and marketing initiatives.Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with direct sales, marketing, solutions architects, and partner development teams to align partner activities with company goals.Market Development – Identify and recruit new partners to expand market coverage and address whitespace opportunities.Performance Tracking – Monitor partner performance metrics (pipeline, revenue, certifications) and drive accountability through regular business reviews.Qualifications:5–10+ years of experience in partner/channel sales, business development, or alliance managementProven track record of meeting or exceeding partner-driven revenue targetsStrong understanding of cloud/technology ecosystems and partner business modelsExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsExperience with CRM tools and partner management platforms
