To assist and support in all HR administration work Continuously improvement on HR & Admin work processes Handle travel arrangements and hotel accommodation for guests and employees including visa applications. Assist to attend to all incoming calls, general enquiries, guests and visitors To dispatch all required documents / packages, and to coordinate with courier companies on re-incoming & outgoing documents / packages Other HR & Admin projects as assigned Job Requirements N / O level & above 1 - 2 years' experience in Admin or HR 5 days work near Gul Circle MRT (5mins walk from MRT) Salary $2400 - $2700 Interested applicants please send over your Resume.
