Job Description Drive regional P&L with full ownership of top-line growth and profitability Lead sales strategy across key industries including beverages, brewing, processed foods, dairy, and pharma Manage and mentor a team of managers (ASMs, BDMs) and frontline sales professionals (15-16 total team size) Oversee multi-geography operations including South India and international markets (Sri Lanka & Maldives) Deliver business scale with focus on expanding market share and improving margins Strengthen key account management (KAM) and customer engagement at senior levels Enhance sales productivity through structured processes: forecasting, receivables, inventory, and pipeline management Identify growth opportunities via new segments, customer acquisition, and product mix optimization Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, marketing, and supply chain teams to drive business outcomes Monitor competitive landscape and execute strategic countermeasures Build a high-performance team culture, focusing on capability development and succession planning Ensure strong governance, compliance, and ethical execution across all operations The Successful Applicant A successful RSM South F&B should have: 8-15 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in F&B, chemicals, or process industries Strong track record in frontline sales, key account management, and team leadership Experience managing a large business and leading a team Proven exposure to multi-state or regional sales management roles Background in engineering, food technology, dairy, or chemical disciplines preferred Strong techno-commercial acumen with ability to sell value-driven solutions Prior exposure to industries such as food processing, beverage, brewing, or allied sectors Demonstrated success in driving structured sales processes and operational discipline Ability to lead "managers of managers" and scale high-performing teams Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel extensively and operate in a demanding, growth-oriented role What's on Offer Leadership role with exposure to international markets and strategic decision-making Opportunity to work with a globally recognized organization in a high-growth sector Significant career progression into senior leadership roles
