Overall Responsibilities: Manage and execute all aspects of marketing and design for four countries (specify countries). Develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy across all four markets. Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns (events, branding initiatives, etc.). Develop and maintain master design templates for various digital platforms (website, ads, social media). Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and design materials. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve marketing and design goals. Track and analyze marketing performance to measure campaign effectiveness. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing and design trends. II. Marketing Responsibilities: Digital Strategy: Conduct market research and competitor analysis for each target country. Develop and maintain a digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. Identify and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns. Set marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively. Campaign Management: Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Manage event logistics and ensure smooth execution. Develop and manage brand awareness campaigns. Coordinate with external partners such as agencies and vendors. Create compelling marketing content (e.g., blog posts, social media posts, email marketing content). Analyze campaign performance and make adjustments as needed. III.
