Quality Staffing Specialist are currently searching for Registered Nurse First Assist (RNFA) to working within the hospital in the Operating Room/OR. Full time (36-40 hours per week) All contracts are for 13 weeks Location: Cary, NC Rate: $77.00/per hour = $2,772/weekly **Housing stipends are offered to those who qualify Shifts Needed: Days: 6:45am-7:15pm Job Requirements: Must have 4 years of recent OR experience Experience with Ortho, Spine, GYN, General Robotics Must have the experience to circulate 1st scrub and RNFA No blocking of schedule Ability to work every Friday due to late Robotics Call and float as needed BLS/Healthcare Provider Medical Submission Requirements: TB skin test: QuantiFERON Gold TB Blood Test within the past year OR 2 TB skin tests within the last year. If positive TB, must submit that documentation, along with a chest x-ray report and annual respiratory questionnaire. Hepatitis B: You must provide all three series (in the proper order), titer showing immunity, or you can sign a declination provided to you online. MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella): You must have records of 2 doses of all three vaccines or a titer showing immunity. Tetanus (Tdap): This is required and must be current within the last 10 years. Booster is acceptable. Vaccination must be the Tdap which includes Pertussis. Varicella/Chicken Pox: You must be immune to this disease by either providing 2 vaccinations or a titer showing positive immunity to the disease.
