Job Description
Key Responsibilities: · Manage the Executive’s calendar, including the scheduling of appointments, meetings, and conference calls, as well as the coordination of travel arrangements. · Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence, responding to or redirecting inquiries as appropriate. · Prepare, review, and edit business correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and a high standard of professionalism. · Coordinate and compile materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and supporting documentation. · Attend meetings alongside the Executive when necessary, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion. · Support special projects and strategic initiatives by conducting research, compiling relevant data, and preparing comprehensive reports as required. · Organize executive events and functions, handling logistics and liaising with both internal teams and external stakeholders. · Manage expense claims and financial tracking, including receipt compilation and preparation of detailed expense reports. · Maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism. · Oversee document handling tasks such as printing, binding, courier arrangements, copying, and filing. · Assist in drafting responses and other written communications for the CEO’s review and approval. · Perform general administrative duties, including scanning, ordering supplies, and maintaining efficient Executive office operations. · Carry out other ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned by the Executive.
