Job Description
We are hiring Senior HR Executive to be outsourced to our client. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end payroll processing using Infotech HRMS. Administer compensation and benefits, including AWS, bonuses, annual increments, and performance incentives. Handle employee benefits administration, including leave, claims, and insurance matters. Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system. Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmation, contract renewals, work pass renewals, and offboarding. Prepare payroll-related reports, audit trails, and HR compliance documentation. Support WICA claims processing and statutory submissions. Prepare and analyze HR data, including attrition and workforce reports. Support MOM reporting and other regulatory submissions. Assist with HR technology initiatives, system enhancements, and process automation projects. Manage uniform and access card inventory. Support HR compliance, audits, and shared services operations. Experience in payroll and compensation & benefits administration is an added advantage Prior Hands-on experience with Infotech HRMS is an added advantage.
