Support and Strengthen Student Discipline and Management Processes The Student Management Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the school's student management framework by providing operational and pastoral support to staff handling discipline and behavioural cases. Key responsibilities: · Supervise detention sessions, reflection activities, and restorative practices for students referred for behavioural concerns. · Provide in-class support for teachers managing students who exhibit challenging, disruptive, or high-needs behaviours, helping to maintain a conducive learning environment. · Assist Key Personnel (KP) and relevant staff in conducting fact-finding investigations related to student incidents, including gathering statements and corroborating information. · Maintain accurate and timely documentation of incidents, interventions, and follow-up actions. · Manage student management records and databases, including data extraction, case tracking, trend analysis, and reporting to support informed decision-making. · Monitor students with recurring behavioural concerns and provide updates to relevant stakeholders. · Liaise with parents and guardians on minor behavioural matters where appropriate, providing updates and reinforcing school expectations and support measures. · Support the implementation of restorative and developmental approaches to student behaviour management. 2.
