Conduct high-quality research and publish findings in reputable journals. Mentor and guide faculty members and students in academic and professional development. Collaborate with industry partners to enhance educational offerings and student placements. Participate in university committees and contribute to strategic decision-making processes. Promote the school's vision and objectives through community engagement and outreach activities. Skills and Qualifications Ph.D. in Management or a related field from a recognized university. Proven track record of 20-28 years in academic leadership or management education. Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals and conferences. Experience in curriculum development and innovative teaching methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of faculty and staff. Knowledge of current trends in management education and industry requirements. Should be from top 50 NIRF recognized university preferred.
