Job Description About the Role We are seeking passionate Paediatric Occupational Therapists to join our team supporting children across THKMC’s early childhood and developmental programmes , including but not limited to EIPIC, DS-LS , and our dedicated paediatric centres, Children Therapy Spaces . As part of THK Therapy Services , you will work alongside families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to empower children in developing functional independence and meaningful participation in daily life. Therapists may be deployed across centre-based or community-based paediatric programmes depending on organisational needs. Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments and provide goal-directed occupational therapy interventions for children with developmental, sensory, motor, and functional challenges. Collaborate with families, teachers, and team members in designing and implementing Individualised Intervention Plans (IIPs) . Deliver therapy through individual or group sessions in classroom, centre-based, or community settings. Provide home programmes and caregiver training to support the child’s development beyond therapy sessions. Participate, where applicable, in multidisciplinary case discussions to support holistic care planning for the child. Qualification Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
