Job Summary Lead and manage external building projects from planning through completion, ensuring adherence to contractual, client, and QEHS requirements while coordinating stakeholders and controlling schedules and budgets. Responsibilities Plan, execute, monitor, and control external building projects to meet contractual, client, and QEHS requirements Manage project schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion within financial targets Track project progress and prepare detailed reports for management and stakeholders Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and clients to resolve technical and site issues promptly Perform additional project-related duties as assigned by management Required competencies and certifications Minimum 8 years of experience managing projects as a project manager Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or equivalent Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience managing external work projects Background in subcontractor roles Proficiency in Mandarin to facilitate communication Proficiency in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD
