Job Description
Responsibilities: 1. Event Management Support Provide end-to-end logistical and administrative support for large-scale fundraising events and related meetings Assist in planning event outlooks, including budget estimation and securing internal approvals Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring timely follow-ups and execution Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth delivery Prepare event materials, presentations, and post-event reports 2. Community Outreach Logistics Support coordination and logistics for community outreach programs and initiatives Assist in planning and executing activities to engage the community and promote key programs (e.g., financial literacy) Coordinate volunteers and manage resources for successful event delivery Track and report on outreach impact and effectiveness 3. Marketing Support Manage the production and distribution of quarterly eNewsletters Support content management for social media platforms in collaboration with the Marketing team Maintain and update team webpages, ensuring content accuracy and relevance 4. Administrative Support Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient department operations Process and track invoices, expenses, and procurement requests in compliance with internal policies Manage office supplies and ensure the availability of equipment Handle ad hoc logistics, including receiving and dispatching deliveries Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Prior experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a corporate environment Experience in event coordination and logistics support Highly organized with exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment Proactive, resourceful, and able to work both independently and collaboratively Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
