Key Responsibilities 1. Discipline Team Support Student Tracking: Manage and keep precise track of late-comers. Detention & Suspension Oversight: Monitor and track students assigned to detention or serving suspensions. Campus Patrols: Conduct regular patrols within and outside the school compound during and immediately after school hours to ensure student safety and adherence to rules. Case Investigations: Assist school staff in conducting investigations regarding discipline cases. Student Guidance: Provide positive guidance, mentorship, and support to students involved in disciplinary matters. 2. Administrative & Operational Support School Events: Provide logistical, operational, and administrative support during school events. Daily Admin Tasks: Use software tools to execute day-to-day administrative documentation independently. Working Hours & Schedule The personnel will follow a structured weekly schedule totalling a standard school week, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays. Days Hours (Inclusive of 1-Hour Lunch Break) Mondays & Wednesdays 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Tuesdays & Thursdays 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Fridays 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Note on School Holidays: Services are not required during the year-end school holidays (November and December) or the mid-year school holidays (June). Requirements & Qualifications Education: Minimum secondary school education. Experience: At least one (1) year of experience working with students or teenagers, with a strong preference for individuals experienced in discipline management. Interpersonal Skills: Strong people skills with the ability to confidently engage students, contact parents, and liaise with teaching staff. Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a collaborative team-player mindset. Execution: Highly independent, capable of working with minimal supervision, and goal-oriented. Technical Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (specifically Word and Excel) to comfortably handle routin
