Position Overview: As a member of our transdisciplinary team, you will deliver virtual outpatient therapy to individuals affected by chronic conditions and their family caregivers. We understand that a diagnosis such as Alzheimer’s disease impacts not only the person with the condition but the entire family system, which is why we view the illness as a key component of treatment. Your therapy services will focus on adults, older adults, and family caregivers, addressing both the emotional and psychological challenges that arise on this journey. By offering centralized support for inquiries, scheduling, insurance contracting, billing and collections, our therapist gets to focus on supporting patients on this often difficult journey.
