Job Description
Position Objective To support the school's developmental discipline committee and student management team by deploying structured interventions, maintaining daily discipline operations, and executing comprehensive case management to reinforce positive character growth and student accountability. Key Responsibilities 1. Developmental Discipline Coordination Supervision & Support: Provide strict supervision and structured support for students serving after-school detention or in-house suspension from Mondays to Fridays (until 4:30 PM, or 4:00 PM on Fridays). Process Management: Consistent execution, monitoring, and follow-up of disciplinary detentions and suspensions, tracking and managing any defaulters. Data & Reintegration: Maintain, update, and compile historical detention records. Actively communicate attendance and progress details to Form Teachers, emphasizing restorative routines to smoothly reintegrate students into school environments. 2. Discipline Room Operations Attendance Management: Assist the HOD Student Management and Operations Manager (OM) with managing late-comers in the morning. Records Maintenance: Record daily student operational data (e.g., cell phone confiscation records, late-coming trends, and general attendance) directly into the school's online data management system. Drop-In Management: Attend to students dropping into the Discipline Room during and after school hours, escalating pertinent issues to Year Heads (YH), HODs, or School Leaders (SL) when required. 3. Case Management & Student Follow-Up Developmental Monitoring: Partner with the Student Management Team to dynamically monitor the developmental progress of students undergoing disciplinary workflows. Observation Reporting: Proactively report and refer rising systemic or individual student issues to Level Discipline Masters based on personal observations. Post-Investigation Action: Conduct close follow-up actions post-investigation, ensuring students accurately complete assigned le
