Job Description Conduct casework management, including gathering information, conducting psycho-social assessment, identifying common needs and goals for intervention Manage cases of different risk levels. Conduct risk assessment related to family violence, child abuse and suicide Conduct safety planning with family and network Conduct mental health assessment particularly on trauma, depression Service linkages and work with multidisciplinary teams Provide basic counselling to both voluntary and involuntary clients as required Plan, organise and implement community outreach activities, programmes and group work Perform evaluation and prepare reports for administrative investigation and intervention programmes Provide information and referral services to link Clients to appropriate social services Participate in research Qualification Possess Degree in Social Work or Degree with a Graduate Diploma in Social Work from an accredited institution Other Informatio
