What You’ll Do: The Nonprofit Controller will be assigned to work with a variety of clients from both charter schools and non-profit organizations. Therole serves as theNonprofit Controllerand external client lead and requiresstrong communication skills, project management skills, knowledge of accrual and cash-based accounting, and the ability to partner with key stakeholders. The Nonprofit Controlleroversees all aspects of the finances for a portfolio of clients. In this consulting role, the Nonprofit Controller regularly exercises independent judgment on client financial matters. Although the scope of work is different for every client, the Nonprofit Controller will be responsible for Accounting, Finance, Team Performance, and Client Consulting activities as well as Controller-level tasks, and other tasks and duties outlined below.
